Pumpkinseed Hears

Ingredients:

 

 

150g spelled flour

150g finely ground pumpkin seeds

150g sugar

8g vanilla sugar

200g margarine

 

For decoration:

Melted chocolate

crystal sugar

 

 

Preparation:

 

Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough, roll out and cut out hearts.

 

 

Baking time:

 

Approx. 10 - 12 minutes at 175°C / 347ºF

 

Allow to cool and paint a line across the middle with chocolate icing and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
