Gingerbread

Ingredients:

 

 

125 g of liquid honey

65g  margarine

25 g of chocolate

250 g spelled flour

1 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. gingerbread spice

1 tsp. orange zest

1 tbsp. oil

 

 

Preparation:

 

Melt the 3 first ingredients. Let cool down.

Then add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Form into a ball and place in the fridge for 1 hour. (But it also works without cooling!)

Roll out and cut out the gingerbread man, reindeer, star, tree, etc.

After cooling, brush with orange powdered sugar glaze.

 

 

Baking time:

 

until the edges are lightly browned.

at 200°C / 392ºF
