Ingredients:

 

100 grams of margarine

100 grams of sugar

2 vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon Baking powder

240 g spelled flour

1 tbsp. rapeseed oil

Jam in red or yellow as you like.

​

 

Preparation:

 

Process all ingredients into a dough. Then form small balls from it, make small indentations with the handle of a wooden spoon and fill with jam.

 

Baking time:

 

approx. 10 minutes at 175°C / 347ºF
