Ingredients:
200 g of margarine
150 g of sugar
175 g spelled flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
75 g grated coconut
125g finely chopped cranberries
Preparation:
Put the margarine and sugar in a bowl and stir. Stir in the flour, baking powder and grated coconut, add the cranberries.
Using a teaspoon, place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving ample space between the cookies.
Baking time:
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C / 347ºF for approx. 8-10 minutes.
