Ingredients:

 

120g spelled flour

50g margarine

50g sugar

100g tigernuts / chufas

1 teaspoon gingerbread spice

Add flour as needed to make a firm shortcrust pastry.

 

Chocolate glaze

Raspberry jam or other red jam

 

 

Preparation:

 

Press floured balls into model form.

After it has cooled down, spread raspberry jam on the underside and put 2 cookies together and dip the tip in chocolate icing.

 

 

Baking time:

 

10-15 minutes at 200°C / 392ºF
