Ingredients:

 

Dough:

180 g soft margarine

125g sugar

8 g vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

250 g spelled flour

65 g tiger nut flour / chufas or almond flour

 

Preparation:

 

Preheat the oven. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

 

Dough:

Mix soft margarine with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until a bound mass is formed. Stir in the flour and almond flour. Knead to a smooth dough. Press the dough in small portions through a meat grinder with a special attachment or a pastry press, cut into pieces of any length and place on the baking sheet and bake.

 

 

Baking time:

 

 

At 170°C / 338ºF for about 15 minutes
