Ingredients:

 

200g margarine

200 grams of sugar

1 tsp. gingerbread spice

125g ground tigernuts / Chufas or Almondflour

100g chopped chocolate

1 tsp. Baking powder

250 g spelled flour

 

Molding:

1 tsp. instant coffee

200g powdered sugar

50 grams of chocolate

mocha beans (chocolate beans)

 

Preparation:

 

Mix the margarine, sugar and gingerbread spice together. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake.

 

Must be cut into triangles while still warm!

 

Prepare the frosting from the 2nd ingredients mentioned and spread it over the triangles and decorate with the mocha beans.

 

 

Baking time:

 

approx. 10 minutes at 175°C / 347ºF
