Easter Bread

Ingredients:
500g spelled flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tbsp. salt
20g yeast
100-150ml lukewarm water
20g cranberries
Topping (optional):
Colorful sugar sprinkles
Preparation:
Put the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add the yeast in small portions.
Pour in the oil on the edge.
Pour water into the bowl and slowly work everything into a dough with a wooden spoon or your hands.
Let stand until the dough has visibly enlarged.
Divide the dough into three strands and braid into a braid.
Brush with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
Baking time:
approx. 15-20 minutes at 175 ° C until the braid is light brown.
