Ingredients:
240 g of flour
100 g Vegan margarine
100 g sugar
1 tbsp. Rapeseed oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 pack of vanilla sugar ( 8 g)
Baking paper
Preparation:
Mix margarine, oil and sugar well.
Add the flour and other ingredients and make a dough.
Place a hand-sized piece of dough on a baking board and flatten it with your palm.
You can of course also use a rolling pin.
Then cut out the cookies and carefully place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Baking time: 10 minutes at 180 ° C
Brush and decorate with icing after baking.
