Ingredients for a cookie cake:


For the dough:
• 240 g of flour
• 100 g margarine
• 100 g of sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 vanilla sugar

 


For the filling:
   • 3 - 4 tbsp Red Jam (What you like or have at home) 

  Strawberry of Raspberry is super delicious)
 
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.

 

  • The first thing to do is to prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients together. Just until all the ingredients have combined.    It's best to use a fork.

       The ingredients should still be slightly crumbly!

  • Now sprinkle about 2/3 of the dough on a baking sheet that you have covered with baking paper.

  • With a spoon, you push the dough into a heart shape and press everything down a little.

  • Now you put the jam on the dough sheet and spread everything carefully!

  • Finally, sprinkle the rest of the batter over it.
    You can squeeze the dough a little with your fingers beforehand and make sprinkles (small lumps of dough) out of it.

Baking time:  Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 150 ºC.
