Spring is finally here....

Spring is here

Spring is floating its blue banner On the breezes again; Sweet, well-remembered scents Drift portentously across the land. Violets, already dreaming, Will soon begin to bloom. Listen, the sound of a harp! Spring, that must be you! It’s you I’ve heard!

It's not just the flowers that are finally starting to grow again.

We are all looking forward to spring and the first timid rays of sunshine that will wake the flowers.

Finally the butterflies come back to taste the sweet Nectar.

So what could be closer to dedicating a little spring DIY to the butterflies?

I first painted old book pages with water color and then used them to fold butterflies.

I wrapped wire rings with colored ribbons and moss and then glued the delicate butterflies in between.

The first little wreaths were ready.

They look beautiful when you hang them in your window or on the door.
